What is Dim Sum?
Dim Sum is a southern Chinese cuisine involving small light dishes served with tea. Dim Sum is usually served in the morning until noon but some places serve Dim Sum all day. This cuisine consists of small dishes offering seafood, meat, vegetables, desserts, and fruit. What makes Dim Sum so unique is the fact that each item is prepared daily and made from the freshest ingredients. Each item is usually served on a small plate or a steam basket. You may see many Chinese families during the holidays and Sundays because it is usually a tradition for families gatherings.
We offer a huge variety of authentic Hong Kong style dim sum all day, every day (except Wednesdays). We also have unique noodle dishes, noodle soups, congee (similar to rice porridge), and rice dishes!
